Self-isolation involves avoiding close contact with other people. Doing so will help protect you and your family from spreading infectious diseases.
Taking more time for yourself has the effect of making your relationships better so in the name of self-care or sanity, get to a place where you can spend time alone and enjoy it — without phones, or guilt, or the nagging feeling that you’re not being “social” or “productive.”
This isn’t a Christmas t-shirt but it is because that’s when Self-isolation is most needed.
